Welcome
A letter from Program Director Bradford K. Mitchell, MD, FACS, ECNU
Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Bayhealth General Surgery Residency Program. We will provide surgery residents excellent training so they may become cutting edge surgeons who are thought leaders in their local medical community and in the broader surgical community. Our mission is to graduate compassionate physicians and technically excellent surgeons whether they will practice general surgery or go on to complete a fellowship.
General Surgery Residency Overview
Curriculum
Our surgical residents will be exposed early to the OR with the advantage of not competing with fellows or chief residents for surgery.
