Additional Info

In-training exams will be purchased, scheduled and proctored by the residency program. Residents will be reimbursed for one attempt of the USMLE Step 3 or COMLEX level 3 when applicable. Residents will not be reimbursed for any exam taken prior to the start of employment at Bayhealth.

White Coats and Scrubs

White Coats

All Residents
- All interns and first year fellows will receive three white coats during onboarding and one additional white coat at the beginning of each academic year
Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residents
- 1 additional white coat for PGY-2 and PGY-3 residents

Scrubs

Family Medicine Residents
- Receive 3 sets of pewter scrubs during onboarding and an additional set of pewter scrubs at the beginning of each academic year
Internal Medicine Residents
- Receive 3 sets of pewter scrubs during onboarding and an additional set of pewter scrubs at the beginning of each academic year
Emergency Medicine Residents
- Receive 5 sets of black scrubs during the intern year and an additional set each academic year
Hematology/Oncology Fellows
- Receive 3 sets of pewter scrubs during onboarding and an additional set of pewter scrubs at the beginning of each academic year
